Using Multimedia in Legal Proceedings

Introduction

Today, there are many varied forums for resolving our client’s case - courtrooms, arbitration proceedings, mediations, administrative hearings, settlement conferences, and others. In each, it is important that your client’s position is clearly stated and advocated. Technology can be a significant tool to assist you in your advocacy in all of these proceedings.

The practice of law does not operate in a vacuum. We are permanently connected to people and society as we advocate our client’s position, whether in the courtroom or in other legal proceedings. This section will focus on the use of computers and multimedia presentation technology in and out of the courtroom to persuade others of our client’s case.
