In each, it is important that your client’s position is clearly stated and advocated. Technology can be a significant tool to assist you in your advocacy in all of these proceedings.

The practice of law does not operate in a vacuum. We are permanently connected to people and society as we advocate our client’s position, whether in the courtroom or in other legal proceedings.
